- En general el Desarrollo Productivo sectorial responde a instrumentos de política macro económicos:
- Política Cambiaria
- Politica de tasas de interés
- Política Arancelaria y de Comercio Exterior.
La acción de Política Agraria apunta a que dentro del marco macro económico:
(a) Gestión ante las políticas macroeconómicas
(b) No se creen distorsiones o cuellos de botella que
entraban en crecimiento sectorial;
(c) Apoyar la ampliación de mercados para nuestros productos;
(d) Fomentar directamente algunos rubros prioritarios por razones regionales o nacionales, con los escasos instrumentos de que dispone el Gobierno.
